Department of Aging- Anne Arundel County
During my rotation, I visited a few congregate meal sites. At one of the sites, I taught participants about the importance of a low-sodium diet. I created educational pamphlets to hand out, and let the participants sample low-sodium popcorn sprinkled with herbs and spices! |
